Fruitvale Elementary Bond Work

Before bond-funded Priority Improvement Projects began, Fruitvale Elementary was in fair condition with several key facility needs. The most significant included aging HVAC rooftop units, outdated plumbing fixtures, and needed improvements to the site and parking lot paving. From an educational standpoint, Fruitvale needed modernized special education and small group spaces, an improved music room, and better acoustical and lighting conditions in classrooms.

Bond-funded Priority Improvement Projects at Fruitvale Elementary focus on core safety upgrades along with improvements to learning spaces and campus access that better support students and staff.
