Grand Junction, COA meeting will take place over Zoom from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2021, to discuss a possible middle school boundary change. If adopted by the D51 School Board, the change would move the triangle bordered by Highway 6&50, 25 Road, and either G Road or I-70 from Fruita Middle School boundaries to West Middle School boundaries.

The meeting will include a presentation, including maps; a question and answer session; and information about a survey. You can download Zoom for free at zoom.us.

To request meeting login information, please email communicate@d51schools.org.

Grandfathering and transportation will be discussed at the board's next meeting at 6 p.m. on Feb. 2, and the board will likely vote on boundary options at their Feb. 16 business meeting, which also starts at 6 p.m. All board meetings are streamed live at facebook.com/schooldistrict51.
