Are you living in a Temporary or Transitional housing situation?  Here are some examples:

• Living in a hotel or motel
• Living in a shelter
• Living in a "safe-house"
• Living doubled up with friends or other family members
• Living in a park or campground
• Living in campers, camper trailers, or vehicles
• Awaiting foster care placement
• Runaway or abandoned
• Migratory
• Living in Sub-standard housing as outlined by HUD guidelines
• Unaccompanied youth

Assist Families With:

• Advocacy for immediate enrollment with or without proper documentation
• Assistance with understanding of "school of origin" rights
• Immediate access to D51 free breakfast/lunch program
• Transportation to/from school (case by case basis)
• School transition within the school district

• Coats
