We’re proud to be part of Colorado’s LiveWell School Food Initiative through Nourish Colorado, bringing healthier, high-quality meals to our cafeterias.

Thanks to a $500,000 equipment grant from the Colorado Health Foundation, our kitchens are equipped with tools like salad bars, steamers, kettles, and more—helping us prepare fresh, delicious food right on site.
