Students from the district’s 10 other elementary schools can take a bus from their school to a neighboring school for summer school: * Appleton students can take the bus to Pomona. * Chipeta students can take the bus to New Emerson. * Dos Rios students can take the bus to Lincoln Orchard Mesa. * Loma students can take the bus to Shelledy. * Rim Rock students can take the bus to Monument Ridge. * Tope students can take the bus to Orchard Ave. * Taylor students can take the bus to Rocky Mountain. * Broadway, Scenic, and Wingate students can take the bus to Dual Immersion.
The district would like to sincerely thank parents and guardians for their patience while some sites were combined this summer to ensure all students could receive free meals, even with the expiration of the federal universal free meals program. Thank you as well to Food Bank of the Rockies for helping with school meals at six sites with staffing shortages.
Registration for summer school is closed. Students were invited to participate by their schools based on academic need.
