Transfer Request Process
The Transfer Request process is used for students requesting to attend a school outside of their attendance boundary who did not participate in or get accepted through the School of Choice Process. This process does not apply to New Emerson, Dual Immersion Academy, or Grand River Academy.
STEP 1: Enroll at Your School of Residence
Complete enrollment at your assigned neighborhood school using the enrollment process outlined through registration.
STEP 2: Submit a Transfer Request
Beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 28, 2026, families can submit a transfer request through ParentVUE.
Important: The Transfer Request option will not appear until July 28, 2026, and your student's enrollment must first be accepted by their school of residence before a transfer request can be submitted.
To submit a request:
- Log in to ParentVUE using the button below.
- Select Online Registration.
- Choose Transfer Request.
- Review and verify your student's enrollment information.
