What is FIRST Tech Challenge?

Design, Code, and Compete with Robots!

In FIRST® Tech Challenge, students team up with mentors to design, build, and program robots for an exciting new challenge unveiled each September.

Robots first operate autonomously, then student drivers take over in fast-paced two-on-two matches.

Throughout the season, students build STEM skills, innovate through engineering, participate in outreach, and gain the confidence and experience to thrive in any future career.

Currently, Central and Fruita Monument high schools offer FTC as a robotics class during the regular school day.

These programs are made possible thanks to the support of the D51 Foundation and its partners, who have provided funding throughout the years for robotics kits, tournament registrations, and local event expenses.

THANK YOU!
